CHOOSE US Guidelines for the Abstract Structure Z Abstracts should represent the original work. Z The Abstract should be written in English. Z Please indicate the most relevant themes for your abstract from the conference tracks. Z Please download the abstract template and follow the format careful. Z Documents that do not conform to the guidelines will be asked to revise. Z Documents received after the given deadline due to any reason, will not be accepted unless the deadline is extended. Z The abstract should be submitted in the format of MS Word (.doc or .docx) document. Z Once you prepared your abstract according to the above guidelines: Z Authors can send their abstract through link available at your email, no later than abstract submission due date. Z After submission, you will be acknowledged for the abstract's receipt sent to your email automatically. Z Your abstract will undergo a double-blind peer review by the scientific division. Z Results of the abstract review (Letter of Acceptance /LoA) will be sent to the author within 3-4 days after submission due date. Z The conference chair serves as the head of the scientific division and will take the final decision on abstracts. Z If a revision is required, the revised abstract must be sent back within a week.
